- Support from Maintenance and authority will very absurd - Proper Training & Developing program - Working hours are 9-12 hours - enough adequate staff - Revenue generation process only there is no work culture

I was join as team member and now working as Restaurant manager so it's mean their is lot of opportunity for growth. Company policies are good if you know well. I can say that after crona Company's work culture changed for employees. Before crona better then present...

... Everyone want 100% result but sometime not give you 100%support for 100%result. As per work load salary is low.

...and economy has felt down because of deadly virus I can not blame on my company.but I have to say something about current situation the most of staff on leave without pay that's mean they do not have any single rupee until company would resume the staff, but what about their basic needs how they manage their family from where they arrenge bread and butter at least company should have think about it because we are the people who work day and night to fulfill company dreams.
