Devyani does not have trainer for focused with new staff and selary also not have properly. And for staff timing no body has fix timing for staff they just coming but also don't know where they wil go from shift

I like to culture and of promotion employees in company,when employee learn and develop skills then company gives oppertunity to growth.

Time is major issue in any food based company any employee come on time but leave not fixed and no any over time pay by the compay, need to create health relationship between operational staff and compay.
