...nced team also getting same along with shift manager what is difference.. than.. the manager only doing extra hours for that they are giving extra salary or for skills even one year experienced manager getting only same salary I think lot of team members discontinued from this because of low salary and no benefits at last managers only handling the store even mangers too discontinue if the same continued company culture was very poor they are only looking for sale and customer benefits not for people who are working in company .. dislikes

Customer benefits and maintaing hygienely because of Audits.. and there also growth but there is no difference between growthing salary and current salary

The only thing I like is that once u join here u will look for immediate job change irrespective of company or location.

...can't expect respect from ur superiors as they tend to demotivate employees. 3.Dont ever expect salary hikes or promotions. Even if u protest for increment or promotion they will just say that Ur store isn't achieving sale targets and never expect superior will talk to u professionally, they act like road side chapri Or goondas.

...hi nahi dete.ki uske company me kya chal Raha hai. Especially bihar patch me. Sirf senior ko apna salary se matlab hai. Ye sab 2022 se ho raha hai.pahle aisa nahi tha. Ye baat mujhe sabse buda laga. Maine company ko 7years diye Aur mujhe Nepotism ki wajah se resign karna pada

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They did not pay employee salary during lockdown and now they have fired their employees from their jobs..very bad management and company

Old employees are treated as a special and new joinees are nothing for them. Nobody cares about them
