Its being run by though leaders and co-founders have worked in major MNC's that had strong employee-employer relationships. Walk the Talk culture is the best part, I enjoy the most working here.

As such nothing, but yes need to grow at a faster pace.

We all work here like family and every single person is very supportive . No job pressure is there and here everyday i learn more more things in sales and marketing which helps me in my career growth.

Dislikes

It's not about dislike but i want improvement in e-mails . We have to introduce the automatically mail through CRM on the particular date of webinar for all the members who joined our webinar about the program Like the first conversation . It's create the immediate effect on their e-learning requirements.

Likes

The organization has Open culture and Work from Anywhere policy, focus is on delivery rather than micro-management. Gender diversity ratio is superb, more of female driven organization and they are running it flawlessly.

Dislikes

There are ample of learning opportunities and management always supports & advocates new ideas and always emphasizes on learning. It is not a dislike but management has lot of focus on training their employees but employees are not reaping this benefit.

Work from home can be little tough as time management can go out of hand. As the company is growing slowly and new policies are being put in place, it can be a pain to adopt them.
