As I was performing the entire technical team was organized by me.I got training from many OEM and trained to tech team, team mate were very nice, skilled and cooperative too, job security was not there due to employers family division and modification in other business, career growth was there due to had chance to learn and perform multiple job roles.Salary increment was appraised according to length of service, performance and skill basis.50% period was gone on travel in expansion of sales and service , demonstration,PM Visit and attending Govt tender bids. After lessen volume of company and shut down all left that organisation.Now company running another small business.
