...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Company higher management is always good. I am very terrible about the mangers behavior inside the plant. there is no one have a self respect and ego persons always, it is not safe for employees. Mostly there is a community variations between employees. Now a days Caste feeling.... Comic, but here caste is important for surviving. If you are a community person go and join with Devi sea foods.....and others strictly warn... Comparison to all other managers production manager is only stuffed person doing his works in-time and all other managers worth less and worst behavior, no one have a operating skills copy paste managers. there is no in time work balance in administrative.

Caste Feeling is more more more......... Plant Manager Behavior worst. Half Knowledge management persons. Didn't give respect to worthable persons in work. There is no work balance between one department to other department.
