Will get a chance to work for prestigious and huge projects. As it is an old and reputed company, it's goodwill plays a vital role in getting good credits from the market and it also helps in getting local level Liaisoning works from Govt. as well as Pvt. Bodies. A quality fooding and accommodation is provided at site. Will get to learn a lot from things from all the depts. No departmental boundary walls.

Dislikes

Poor fop level management. Will not get any type of appraisal. Company and it's directors are not intending to grow or work outside of their territory due to poor management and other old staff. Old and top level managers may play some politics to defame you when you don't listen to them for their own personal benefits.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
