Compensation is decent but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 14-16 hours.

able to learn multiple activities, management will involve to all actions which have in construction, they used an Engineer as a office boy, supervisor, Engineer, In-charge, etc.

Dislikes

No workmanship norms, no timings, no site funds, no impress amount, no salary timings, no appraisals, no benefits, no management -every on is boos at site, who had taking responsible he will leave in hell, every one take charge on him, use him like sleave.
