There is no perfect system but There is a lot in the name of system which is good. Here the training boy is given more value than the company employee not volume . I don't like it Or there is a request The washroom should be checked once, it is so dirty that if one eats food then someone might vomit, this is not like one should ask any employee. I dont like there time management. There shift target are 12hrs. And there are no sitting arrangements for operator.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
