It's very Good Company And nice infrastructure and facilities I have leaned there and started my career as a fresher

No facility for Emplyee No any insurance No canteen Many Negative people Given wrong information to Woner due to good candidates are not working for long time.

There is no perfect system but There is a lot in the name of system which is good. Here the training boy is given more value than the company employee not volume . I don't like it Or there is a request The washroom should be checked once, it is so dirty that if one eats food then someone might vomit, this is not like one should ask any employee. I do not like it but sorry

It's a growing company adapts new technologies and it also support young talent. It has many clients across India and world.

Dislikes

Overall company is good but one has to work for 12 hrs a day daily as a NEEM trainee and company doesn't give any credit to the right person who deserves it.

Devgiri Forging is the organisation to enhance your skill. There are many japanese machine to learn how its work, how to change mechanism according to requirement etc. It gives lot of knowledge

I dont like there time management. There shift target are 12hrs. And there are no sitting arrangements for operator.
