Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. i do receive appreciation emails from my client

Posative environment of company boost the employees for efficient working, friendly behavior of seniors helps juniors to discuss to resolve any type of issues at site.

Frequent changes in assigned projects, one of the directors (managing partners) cannot give-up ego, makes bad decisions and is primarily responsible for many good employees leaving the organization. Moreover, there is a policy of retaining a part or whole of the "notice period" salary. You get appraisals/rewards only if you "praise" or allow yourselves to be a puppet of the owners.
