Shanta Ghosh is the Most 3rd class owner of the company, Two of the 3rd class Managers of Chemical Cells are Mr. Atanu Chakraborty, Mr. Subhra Mitra. 11. Staffs are very egoistic. There is no empathy among staff. 12. No promotion or growth for years. Salary increment is after 10 years of service. Never Join DCPL!!!! A Strict Warning. It will ruin your life.

Work life balance is there. Time bound working hours. Good scope of learning and developing skills.Not much of problem in taking leave.

Salary structure is not as per standard. Appraisal system is also poor. Site level facilities & staff management is poor. Site management is too client proned.

Once it was one of the pioneer of engineering consultancy firms in India and was my old company, where I had worked during initial stage of my career. It was a Gem for fresh engineers back in 80s & 90s to learn here and grow in life. Presently it has lost almost all it’s glory, except that one phrase “old is gold”.

Very poor compensation and lack of adequate resources.
