Good Work life balance. Good company for starting engineering career. New skills learning and application towards jobs were good. Seniors are very knowledgeable and help to learn and to grow.

Dislikes

Pay packages were not good. No lucrative additional benefits so that people can stay here. HR and management were not very helpful and they can talk in a very disrespectful way.

Work life balance is there. Time bound working hours. Good scope of learning and developing skills.Not much of problem in taking leave.

Salary structure is not as per standard. Appraisal system is also poor. Site level facilities & staff management is poor. Site management is too client proned.

No company ethics and culture, people are not treated well, there is no proper communication method, salary very poor, when you resign you have to payout the full gross amount instead of the basic part of the salary. Staffs are very egoistic. There is no empathy among staff. Very basic facility like bus transportation. No promotion or growth for years. Salary increment is after 10 years of service.

All mad old peoples in same place. No Ethics, no Culture in this company. 7. Half pay Medical Leaves, that's very disgusting. 8. Shanta Ghosh is the Most 3rd class owner of the company, Two of the 3rd class Managers of Chemical Cells are Mr. Atanu Chakraborty, Mr. Subhra Mitra. 11. Staffs are very egoistic. Once it was one of the pioneer of engineering consultancy firms in India and was my old company, where I had worked during initial stage of my career. It was a Gem for fresh engineers back in 80s & 90s to learn here and grow in life. Presently it has lost almost all it’s glory, except that one phrase “old is gold”.

Very poor compensation and lack of adequate resources.
