I 'm meeting new people to know about the conditions I' m in. I've always wanted to teach something or something.This company has jobs based on time limit. This company takes socal project from government. And does the market research. Just like I had the district coordinator of this company's national family health surveillance -5 (nfhs5) project. But project stopped due to covid-19.

Payment time is not available. Payments will be available when this company has a project. If not, then only get the da.

To some extent Job is secure if you (employee) take risk on your own but there is not at all work culture and also company has no established policies except anyhow get your work done !!!

Dislikes

There is no work culture at all, fund is a big issue for completion of field work. You will have to chase account to get the fund for field work. Most of the time, it seems, it is employee responsibility to get the work completed., because no one is available to answer you / help you / facilitate your project that how the work/field work will be completed. Entire exercise is related with how to save money rather not to spend money, management has nothing to do with it.
