About workload, it's on you! Be careful while choosing your domain. I have on my own selected multiple departments so sometimes the work is too much but mostly i enjoy very much! The best part- you can even change I recently saw a packaging executive who was interested in upgrading skills, learn about order processing. I dont think it's this easy to upgrade in any company. Baaki, the culture is quite informal becz it's a small company( in case this helps) Tbh, if u are confused, come once see for youself, you will get compensatiom for how so many days u work and then u can decide whether to join or not! If you wish to gain some experience before mba, very very good company✅️ About culture, If you are honest, reliable, and enjoy what u are working on- everything will be buttery for u

Independent working is 0. Office politics is just ground breaking. No overtime, no sick and annual paid leaves, and if you take 3 leaves then your 1 half day would be deducted. Incentive is 10% p.a of your basic there's no such thing as allowances. Employees are underpaid and carry multiple job roles. The two middle aged dumb wannabe religious know it all owner thinks they know everything but tbh they know nothing they both are just brainless, mindless and who reacts easily when influenced or get manipulated. Talking to them or making them understand anything is just burning your own energy. Taking advantage of young girls whose family condition isn't good economically and overworking them in the name of WOMEN EMPOWERMENT. Beware of the good reviews on Google and ecomm sites because all of them are paid and written by their own employees. Products are a different topic but they aren't what they claim it to be overtly priced and overrated.
