The variety of work, If you are confused into what field you should go with, come here try everything and you can know what works for you and what you are interested about! About workload, it's on you! Be careful while choosing your domain. I have on my own selected multiple departments so sometimes the work is too much but mostlyi enjoy very much! The best part- you can even change I recently saw a packaging executive who was interested in upgrading skills, learn about order processing. I dont think it's this easy to upgrade in any company. Baaki, the culture is quite informal becz it's a small company( in case this helps) Tbh, if u are confused, come once see for youself, you will get compensatiom for how so many days u work and then u can decide whether to join or not!
