They will tell they are big family and then treat like shit. When they hire they say they'll pay you the amount that everyone agreed and then pay you less they don't have over time but they'll make you work over time

For me it was long journey issues, health issues, no such dislikes as per company concerned..

... always paid on a fixed date. They give yearly bonuses, which are great rewards. There are annual promotions & salary increases based on performance. I learned a lot & felt supported to grow in my career

The company culture is friendly and cooperative. My team supports me and so does my manager who is caring towards the entire team. The infrastructure of the building is also well maintained.

I think we need a meeting with management team directly once in a week and I also think that each of the employees need to be appreciated for their works so that they can improve themselves.
