You have to beg for salary increments; even after years, they don't happen automatically or you will be fired if you will ask or will be provided with "Chillar Increment". 6. Working late is what gets noticed, not the quality of work itself, even female staff are forced to come and work on Sundays and no allowance is allotted. 7. Basic facilities are neglected-sometimes they don't even put tissues in the washroom just to save money. There are more .... just join there if you want to know more.... And yes a lot of improvement in management is required.

Owner and HR ma'am are very supportive. It's being 7 months I am here, it's a good organization if we talk about women's safety , everyone is involved in their work, no politics. Staff is friendly.

HR department is not educated, even owner hire employee for his ego satisfaction, there are no professional culture, No respect for employees, bonded labour is here.

Firstly I clear that there is no management. Because of A group of HR-Supervisor-Purchasor having a unity that's why this group known as Management of this company. These group is very conspirational .
