Dev Technosys have been my home from a long time now. I would like to start with the transparency of company about decisions taken at the highest levels. The company is honest to-goodness, has willingness to listen, learn and grow with every hurdle that comes in the way. Dev has been a home for me and many other brilliant young minds where they can learn and make the best of the skills with people who are humble, smart and hardworking. Working from last seven years and from being just a fresher to leading teams at managerial position has been an experience of lifetime and continues to be. The company has been continuously providing perks and certificates at the same time helps us to build the additional skills in the favor of the company. Our tools are continuously evolving to meet the client and developers needs. In the end, I would like to add that Delf Technosys was incredible to me on day one and continues to be.

I have been working here for more than 3 years now and company has provided me enough opportunities to acquired new skills and grow my career in right direction. I have been very satisfied with the company so far and looking to associated with for a longer term.

Worst place to work as an developer never thought people are this much of selfish they treat you like a labour not an employee.

Everything is worst there the managers are the worst people over there they don't even care about your life and work life or any problems you are facing they just need work work work and if you complaint to HR she will also demotivate you to just keep working forever HR and management of the company is worst to work.

All team members are open to innovation, even management also helps in this. It's my pleasure to be part of this organization. Maximum clients are US-based. So many things i like in this organization like Employee Engagement activities, Snr members are supportive, Timely incentives, leaving at time, Respect each team members etc
