Very few things are here to like. Owner is good, but the management is not doing their job properly. Senior management promotes office politics.but still i love working here.

...aving 1-2 person all manpower is just uneducated, inexperienced, unprofessional. No salary hikes. No promotions. Even after working for 2-3 years with your full potential, senior management not going to support you. They keep on changing sales staff. People doing nothing getting rewards and hardworkers are punished, abused.
