...ess. There is a huge discrimination between perm employees and CWR employees. There are huge benifits for Perm employees Internet expanses reimbursement, shift allowance ,and salary is also more for Perm employees but for CWR employees which we will do the same work but salary is very less compared to Perm employees and there is no shift allowances

lot of work pressure 24/7 have to allert for work l Leads and managers can call you anytime even in nights They pay for 8 yrs but take work of 15hrs daily No appreciation even if you works weekends Team lead is everything Lead developer give feedback to management, he is manager

The work is descent but no work balance

Dislikes

The whole management is biased and the ICT manager of this company is not transparent with the employees and all seniors under him are micromanaging each and everything then report back to manager. 2.No work life balance.They will make you do work for around 15 hrs and still will never give you any credit.Just pathetic company . One should not choose this

It's really a great place to be. Depends on the project though, but mostly you will feel valuable and work with good people. Management (again depends) from my experience always tried to listen to me and set up goals for promotions. Really helped a lot with personal situations.

Dislikes

The salaries are average and most of the tasks are the same. It's not really a challenging work and most of the times you will work with legacy code or old tech. Sometimes project are open for innovations but it could be hard to pitch them.
