Learning wise it’s a good place to be as one will get more end to end view as compared to other org where people work only on limited pieces.

Promotions are purely based on tenure. They don’t value and cherish performance. Tenure is given an upper hand over performance when it comes to promotions. Hikes and bonuses are negligible. Don’t expect any monetary benefits.

Dislikes

Very strict diversity targets and hence managers are forced to hire diverse candidates. Unusual Diversity focus sometimes ignore meritorial candidates in hiring and promotion. You grow if you are female. This has now started affecting the leadership quality.

1. Extension of front office model , so not a typical back office. 2. Corporate Culture 3. Ample leaves : 52 leaves : 10 public+ 12 sick leaves + 30 annual leaves 4. Ample trainings and sessions which create a lot of awareness on different items.
