Since employees are laid off, the work of three employees is done by 1. So then that 1 employee learns a lot… though it’s not sustainable and not worth considering the hike % and bonus which is peanuts

Dislikes

Vertical growth offered to tenured resources and not to performers

Likes

Training programs, onshore travel and working opportunities, fair and transparent senior management, above market standard salary package and annual bonus/incentives.

Lack of job security, limited growth opportunities after few years.

Amazing work culture which provides you with the space to develop and upskill yourself. Very friendly culture which helps you grow personally as well as professionally

Learning becomes a bit limited after a certain point

Dislikes

Very strict diversity targets and hence managers are forced to hire diverse candidates. Unusual Diversity focus sometimes ignore meritorial candidates in hiring and promotion. You grow if you are female. This has now started affecting the leadership quality.

Likes

1. Extension of front office model , so not a typical back office. 2. Corporate Culture 3. Ample leaves : 52 leaves : 10 public+ 12 sick leaves + 30 annual leaves 4. Ample trainings and sessions which create a lot of awareness on different items.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, some colleagues may play office politics when others try to get ahead. But I guess this is common everywhere else.
