Directors are incapable of running business. Their is a army of incapable Directors who are spoiling future of many employees. If you are technically skilled and want to grow in technology then never join DB. Higher management only like boot lickers who just do buttering of bosses. Skillset required to succeed in DB is cocktail party management/arrangement, leading timepass meetings wasting precious time. Working DB is totally waste.

...gain n again still the manager doesn’t understand and keeps nagging around. 6. No incentives, bonuses, salary hikes is only 2 to 3% yearly. 7. Your efforts are not rewarded.

Hike is not good, package offered for freshers are not good .cab, cafeteria,bonus,shift allowance and pf contributions from employer is not added to the package,no pressure from management and no micro management.promotion for female employees have highest priority and women with kids are allowed to wfh,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
