...ears. So whomsoever has worked here from past 5 year has a dent in thier pakage. But if someone joins now i am sure they will get a handsome pay.

Job security and HR policies are really good, i never faced any challenges related with salary and working culture was too good that i was able to work for 8.6 years

Management strategies are not that good, people favouritism creates a mindset which leads towards demotivating mindset of most of the people working there..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Deutsche is always open to innovation and gives every bit of chance to showcase your talent. Working with Deutsche was the best thing. There are equal opportunities to pursue your interest along with your work. Their culture is their USP.

Dislikes

Sometimes you would need to work 12 to 15 hrs depending on the process. Compensation is decent but not upto the market. Not much of the opportunities to go to onshore since most of the work is already migrated.

The organisation provides good work life balance and job security with great work satisfaction.

Very less growth potential due to improper management. Compensation is on very low side. Company does not adapt new technology fast.
