I have been with Deutsche Bank for more than 8 years now. The very fact I sticked with this organisation says a lot of good things about the organisation. Deutsche Bank as an amazing cultural diversity, there is a lot of opportunities open for each and every person working in here. Management is very supportive and focuses on growth of each and every employee.

Dislikes

...anagement is very supportive and believes in employee s welfare and supports us. If we get decent hikes and bonus accordingly it would be really helpful. It depends on Team Manager's, if that aspect is looked into a little more it will motivate us.

Likes

The organisation is goal oriented and the goals are communicated clearly. Most leaders are not micro managers and give a platform for the teams to grow.

Dislikes

The salary hike in India has been terrible over the last 3 years. Even though the company makes unprecedented profits it is not shared with the employees. The bonus payouts are very bad as well at all levels if compared to other international banks.

Overall good organisation. Pay and Benefits are good. Good learning opportunities. People and Management appreciate your work.

A lot of controls by management and pressure to follow guidelines and take additional tasks.

Job security is there, work life balance is also, one time salary is good but yearly appraisals are not good. Rest the company for staying for long time and take a retirement.

Dislikes

Company is good for staying long and take a retirement but if you want to grow and learn then it's not the right place especially DB Jaipur. Hearchichy is limited so limited promotion chances.
