Directors are incapable of running business. Their is a army of incapable Directors who are spoiling future of many employees. If you are technically skilled and want to grow in technology then never join DB. Higher management only like boot lickers who just do buttering of bosses. Skillset required to succeed in DB is cocktail party management/arrangement, leading timepass meetings wasting precious time. Working DB is totally waste.

some employees are from BPOs specially people managers who would indulge into micromanagement. Also I would rate the HRs as 1/5. From my experience they just don't do their work and employees suffer. Either joining date will be postponed as BGV is not done in time or you may even lose your job or opportunities. Some People managers are partial and might promote non-deserving candidates.

The organisation is goal oriented and the goals are communicated clearly. Most leaders are not micro managers and give a platform for the teams to grow.

The salary hike in India has been terrible over the last 3 years. Even though the company makes unprecedented profits it is not shared with the employees. The bonus payouts are very bad as well at all levels if compared to other international banks.
