The organisation is goal oriented and the goals are communicated clearly. Most leaders are not micro managers and give a platform for the teams to grow.

The salary hike in India has been terrible over the last 3 years. Even though the company makes unprecedented profits it is not shared with the employees. The bonus payouts are very bad as well at all levels if compared to other international banks.

My experience was good till I was not aligned with KRU research team. There are many good good Managers (VP) and team leads( AVP)

Never join KRU Research team. The lady who leads jaipur team is very toxic. She doesn't know the ABCD of people management. There is one black bald guy (her right hand) just a senior analyst after 5 years of loosing his dignity (acting personal secretary of that lady) who always carry a diary and a pen and extract documents from registry portals everyday and uploads that document in database, brings coffee from office coffe machine just to please that lady is rockstar of that process. Team lead role after serving 12 to 14 years at place in a sevice based captive unit (kind of BPO only) when you are as per your claim serious abt your job I don't think is a big achievement. Lady thinks herself not less than President because her title AVP has word President in it.😂 Black Bald guy is her acting secretary and feels proud of it. There is another short hight Rockstar ( SME) who pass on everything one discusses on floor (even Jokes one crack) to that lady but obvious after ad on. Lady manager is herself a gossip queen and immature she will discuss her personal life ask all personal things from you. Give you lot of personal gyan. Her punchline in every meeting is "She is single and Independent mother. 😂 Everyone abuse her on her back, no one is happy but they are all stuck there as in Jaipur no other company pays at par with. In every one on one she used to fight with me saying "I talk about her but I never".Just thought of writing here so that at least ppl should be aware about that these type of ppl lead team and spoil careers of many. Note: If one wants to excel here one need to work like her puppet else she will take it on her ego and will do everything to spoil your image and career. VP who manage this team is also not very supportive she never takes skip level. Fact is they consider KRU team members as poor illiterate and needy so treat and behave accordingly. Needy ppl have no guts to raise concern. Poor English is another barrier that stops them from raising concern. They are also involved in data fudging. I had lot of evidences against them but after I understood HR is also going to favor these toxic managers only instead of reraising concern I resigned and served notice as per company policy. They accepted my resignation on mail but did not raise in system and wanted to show it otherwise after taking business HR in confidence and show it as PIP but fact is PIP was never initiated against me. Just because I speak up against that toxic lady they all united against me did all the torture they would have done. I re-raised my concern through mail after leaving the organisation. All the wrong feedback on cases were given. I raised concern how an SME who is with firm for 8 years can write all wrong feedback on almost all the cases. Is she doing it purposefully or have been asked to do so? They discussed 2 cases on screen share for 4 hrs. 3 AVPs and one Associate(SME cum cheker of that team) joined screen share. Initially they all tried to defend themselves using lot to tricks to turnaround things in their favour finally agreed that she marked all wrong error and all feedback points are wrong then left screen share citing other call and did not discuss other cases. During the call they acted scolding that lady checker " Why have you written all wrong feedback fact is she was just following their instructions. After I resigned I let them do whatever they felt like. Meanwhile during notice they appreciated my work too so that I did not raise any concern but their intentions were not clean that become evident on last working day. It was so humiliating experience can't be explained. I worked at least 14 hrs every and be it quantity or quality it was at par with but office politics n speaking up coasted me. This type of torture I never faced before. This team needs shuffling of management and team members else they will spoil the many careers and company culture.

Job security is there, work life balance is also, one time salary is good but yearly appraisals are not good. Rest the company for staying for long time and take a retirement.

Company is good for staying long and take a retirement but if you want to grow and learn then it's not the right place especially DB Jaipur. Hearchichy is limited so limited promotion chances.
