...ory authority. Training is absolute zero and none in senior management are SMEs. They are there only to earn salary and boss around by abusing their powers.

Senior management abusing their power. Zero work life balance. Their employees welfare programs are just a facade They falsely the roles and it's responsibility at the time of hiring and never stick to anything stipulated under offer letter

...otect people with behavior issues due to there perception about resource crunch. Deutsche investor services has worst culture, abysmal pay hike and people with behavioral issues.

Work life balance is good, as ther is very low focus on work. :) 4% variable component which is good.

Directors are incapable of running business. Their is a army of incapable Directors who are spoiling future of many employees. If you are technically skilled and want to grow in technology then never join DB. Higher management only like boot lickers who just do buttering of bosses. Skillset required to succeed in DB is cocktail party management/arrangement, leading timepass meetings wasting precious time. Working DB is totally waste.

Work life balance is great, they have a fixed pay which is good, various team activities, great work culture ,

Even though they have fixed pay but in hand is less, learning opportunities are not good , senior management is not cooperative, less exposure to new technologies
