Good projecs, but too much Nepotism. They would keep dummies on payroll and let go actual working people.

deugro Mumbai is a Mallu company. It should be audited and management should make some changes

Likes

Working for Global Mgmt and projects was a good experience and satisfying.They have good work culture and good policies

Dislikes

India mgmt deviated from Global policies , practices and culture and never gave importance to process steps. As an ambassador of complainces they viewed my appointment as a hurdle and saw me as a watchdog who needed to be gone for which they often created situations conductive to create a sorry state of affairs. Hope they stop avoid playing with people's careers.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
