May it be the culture, compensation, or skill developments / learnings, I have experienced a good amout of this, and just by becoming a part of this org 6 months ago. I have been made aware of what are good practicies and what i can do to acheive them.

As of now, I haven't had any bad experiences, it's just that it feels a like a professional family and I really enjoy it.

Company culture and work environment is good.

All the reviews and ratings posted online for Deuex company are fake, the marketing team request colleagues to post 5 star ratings to be in good books. There is no job security, they hire people for their temporary urgent work for shorter span. HR while hiring fails to provide transparency to candidates and later it's a total mess. No professional work ethics, additionally the team leads are not up to the mark and follows old trends and do not welcome new ideas and technology. There's no proper co-ordination followed between design and development team. The team leads are pathetic to deal with, have no leadership qualities and lack in leveling to new trends and technology. Everything is copied from internet in name of inspiration.

Team and culture is great. You get good people and work is also nice.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Was fired immediately cause its dependent on 1 project which is not that great organization to deal with.

Great place to work. Deuex always makes sure that everyone is happy with the environment. Providing the best work culture that anyone can dream of. We have flexibility in every aspect. They really understand the Work-life balance. Deuex timely appreciates the work. Apart from daily work, Deuex comes up with different ideas to make the culture live and fun by organising monthly game activities/virtual events/talk sessions, which makes the environment super fun. Lastly, the company policies/ management are Employee Centric which I love about the company—looking forward to many more years of working with the Deuex and team.

If you have the passion, the growth is beyond expectation. A young talented bunch of employees who motivate and push you in all aspects

Work pressure is high. I need to attend client meetings late at night. But it is compensated on the following day by starting a little late.
