Security = There is no security. It's on the whims of Site Head who is aged & mentally unstable.
Work culture = Late sitting and also showing it to Site Head will yield good personal benefits.
Management = Literally non existent from Ankleshwar operations. It's left to the Site Head rightly or wrongly as I cannot question their wisdom.
Company policy= Meant for office people in Surat only. The blue colored Ankleshwar factory people have to justify their smallest of the needs . It's as if the innocent is being forced to prove his innocence time and again.
Redressel of complaints = There is no such mechanism. It's your fate which brought you here & it's again your fate which can pull you out of here.
Here the technical, non technical , all issues are decided by the Site Head who is the Law of the land. No body in the management dares to touch him, much less accuse him of his mis deeds.
You can understand the utility of Lokpal if the Chief minister is out of its ambit .
In all of this the HR ( HUMAN RECORDS ) department is keeping themselves engaged in collecting the records of who left the organization & when. Whether the Exit interview was conducted etc etc.
No senior HR person dares to step into the Ankleshwar Lions den. All is well for them as long as they are not affected personally, let the company go anywhere.
Fraud Company. No job security. So much corruption and Politics. Senior Managers & HR managers are fraud and corrupt person. Always interested for how to take commission from vendor. Harassments of Employees by HR Manager Mr. Mukesh Singh. He is a Fraud person. Dont trust him.
