Company hr are not capable to take care of employees, company hire outsider hr to sortout interview, bonus and salary hike🤣Unskilled labour/driver gate more salary and increment than technical skilled staff🤣top management is interested in timepass meeting not in work, employee treated as a slave

It's my personal opinion, it's the worst place to work in.Here mukesh sharma is the assistant manager whose iq is below than the ice ,he has no degree ,don't have manners to talk to anyone, also many seniors won't listen to the employee.

Job security is totally poor nobody knows his last day today, Management is rude and unpredictable management, Culture is no one work with responsibility, every employee is scared of Main Owner, and the Owner hasn't trust on Employee, every higher authority order like an employee is labor, IRESPECTFULL JOB, IF YOU WORK WITH DETOX THEN YOUR RESPECT IS ZERO AT IN THIS COMPANY.
