There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low according to work. There is a bond of 2 year before which you can not resign.

Company hr are not capable to take care of employees, company hire outsider hr to sortout interview, bonus and salary hike🤣Unskilled labour/driver gate more salary and increment than technical skilled staff🤣top management is interested in timepass meeting not in work, employee treated as a slave

Job security is totally poor nobody knows his last day today, Management is rude and unpredictable management, Culture is no one work with responsibility, every employee is scared of Main Owner, and the Owner hasn't trust on Employee, every higher authority order like an employee is labor, IRESPECTFULL JOB, IF YOU WORK WITH DETOX THEN YOUR RESPECT IS ZERO AT IN THIS COMPANY.
