There is nothing to be like, this is the worst company I ever worked.

... all the postive reviews are fake. 3. their management treat you like a slave 4.If you reach office by 1 minute they will count it as late entry and deduct your a whole day salary but if are working in the office after completing your office time due to workload, they will not praise you and they will make you feel guilty and tell you are not work efficient so you are in office and completing your tasks 5.Every month they will deduct your salary without any proper reason you will never get your full salary, if you will ask the reason they will harass you. 6.The CEO is abusive and he torture mostly all the employee. 7.Don't share your opinion about the company and management with any of the colleagues because there are few chatukar colleagues who tell all the gossips about the company to the CEO. They are in the office only for this chatukar behavior. 8. If anyone is reading my review I will suggest only one thing that is ' It is good to be jobless for few more days but don't join this organization at any cost'

Work environment and work culture both are toxic, No career growth. Does not get proper Salary. Hr is an idiot. TL of front end and CTO 's communication style has often been abrasive and dismissive. Leading to a toxic environment with in the team.

CEO is mentally unstable HR is useless No idea of Project execution Looking for money always Cut salary by their mood No rules for them, but only for employees Uncultured CEO, thinks he is god No manners No rules You have to work on every weekend. Every day work time always be more than 12 No planning project. Every month there joins nearly 10 employees, and leaves 10 No job security. Psycho CEO can kick you anytime Office within a residential area. No professionalism

It's a utterly disgusting and fraud company. 1. Salary is never on time nor they pay properly for the days you have worked 2. CEO (Arghya Dutta) of the company is abusive 3. No HR policy is there... They introduce new kind of hr policy every time to deduct your hard earned money 4. Hire and fire mentality 5. No working hours is specific they want you to work on Saturday and Sunday also. Personal recommendation don't ever join this fraud company they will eat up your hard earned money.

A positive attitude from management, provided space for me to adjust to the office atmosphere. I'm feeling trust from management that I can justify my job.

Everything is fine but management should be careful about the salary date.
