Best thing in Desun Hospital is working culture across PAN India level and its awesome. Great place to work with. Company policies are good for employees. Job security is always on fire if you perform you will grow. Good work environment. teammates are always supportive and the management is transparent. Policies are good with us, appraisal are also okay and they give a good salary hike and bonus every year.

My Head HR Manager was good, all HRs were good. My HOD was very nice. Colleagues were helpful but used to put total pressure on me.

Some people like management trainees they get higher salary but doing nothing except doing chamchagiri of their bosses.

Working environment in this hospital is very supportive. Job security good, other senior staff are cooperative, covid 19 times protocol very strictly maintained., I'm happy to be part of this hospital. Consultant Dr very very cooperative for staff.

Salary is not that much good, and overtime duty per day all staff this is not good. Junior Dr behavior not good for staff nurse., Dr talking staff nurse just like nothing in hospital . This hospital Dr duty is good. But staff nurse duty not good for this type of Dr duty time.

Good salary for doctors

Unnecessary prolonging admitted patients stay ( scheme ptns like cghs or ecgs) . Doctors are forced to keep such patients admitted for minimum 10 days. If advise of discharge is written earlier doctor gets abused has to listen from administration. Very understaffed

Good hospital freshers also could learn things here. Colleague are friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

Salary hike is low. Promotion or incriment is not on time. How much you work hard you don't get any promotion. Same situation with the incriment system.
