3.5 months(May, 2023 - 15th Aug, 2023) I work for this company. My salary was 15000 per month. In 3months my total salary was 45000. They didn't pay me the salary in the 3 months. On Aug they give me the salary in part by part 1st time 21000 and the 2nd time 13000 total 34000 the give me from my salary. But remaining salary 11000 they didn't pay me the amount still now. I was called the companies MD. Mr. Dipesh Jain for clearing my remaining amount. When I called him, his behaviour is very bad he uses some wrong languages over phone. I left the company at 2months ago, but they didn't clear my remaining salary. This is the worst company I ever seen. They didn't ever noticed employees problem. They are fraud.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
