Good for fresher. The candidate who have communication and confidence issues can get job here easily. They focus on skills and not on education gaps and percentage.

Salary too worst for freshers. When u work as a fresher in deskera u have to struggle for single Penny work load is like a manager. U will get treated like a labour. No work life balance. Nothing to learn they are working on too old technology. Ur communication not improved. Becoz managers does not aware of English. You have speak in English. There is a ego problem between different manager. If u have skill of buttering then you uprisal will good. Else forget about it. There no outing. No any events. Here attitude of office boy and driver is like company owner. They used manage the engineers.

Deskera Interview Experience Worst interviewing process :- I give the interview for software developer role and the interviewer name was Sankalp Mishra. They rejected because I was proficient in c++ program and rejected me by saying that I am not productive from the day 1. They want the productive people who will give inputs from day 1. They selected most of my friends who don't know the coding in which most of them are girls. If they want only girls please mention only girl candidate they want. The coding question they ask from me was same for all of them after me. Is this the selection process is correct? Worst interview experience

I think there is a lot of work so you may learn as much as you can. Practice makes man perfect and and there is a lot of things to do or to practice upon which helps you gain more and more knowledge.

The work is not streamlined and there is no aim where the company is going or what the agenda is for developing a perticula feature. Also the work is repetitive which makes it boring and pull you back from learning. Also there is no system in the company as they can hire and fire you anytime based upon their mood

Deskera promotes working on contemporary & futuristic technologies. It is a good learning environment.

I feel that older employees should be given first preference when it comes to new and important postions.

Likes

It is a cool place to work with a lot of young people, so the energy and temperament match is there. At the same time, there are some well-experienced seniors from whom we get to learn a lot. It's total fun.

Dislikes

International travel is very less. I think there should be more opportunities like that. It adds to the motivation.
