... zero work-life balance. Taking even privileged (earned) leaves is frowned upon. Poor pay, no incentives and no transparent appraisal process. No training provided. A dominant and hostile management and accounts section.

You can learn lot's of Work in shorter period of time Leading Company in civil engineering with lot's of projects and experienced seniors

Working hours are too long Average 9:30 to 7:30 Sometimes went to 8,9 12 depending upon your work and urgency Dumps lot's of work with less time

The number of projects are more due to which there is very good scope to learn across various types of projects. A good place to learn for Freshers

Dislikes

The new office was built in very remote and slum which makes it difficult to employees to travel. Food is a huge problem as there is no Cafeteria, employees are forced to eat unhygienic nearby. Work Life balance is a big thing to be talked about as only Second Saturday was given week off and have to stay in office up to 7.30. Company asks notice period for two months.. If someone seeing this please provide cafeteria and take care of employees

There is nothing I have liked about the company with every progressive year they decreasing their values.

There is no growth in position as well as there is importance given to team member in making decisions.

Likes

Good work environment and future. Teammates are supportive, we can work on large project that no consultant is currently working.

Dislikes

More work we have to do like staying late nights and working more projects at a time.
