...s worst.kindly don't join this company and will get caught for 3 years of bond .in case if you break the bond you need to pay a compensation of 2,50,000 and notice period of 3months to be served which is even worst .If there is a minus scale it would top it

There is nothing to like here. People are worst here management is terrible. Especially people from HR department are cruel. Especially manasi gujarathi. I have never met a Hr like her. She would not give a f*ck about you. Especially when you leaving a company then you are nothing but a dump for them and do not expect any f&f from them. They will make your living life hell.

...I would suggest do not join this company and even you are desperate for the job. Join allygrow technologies it is very nice for fresher and they will give you salary and management is good.

Company send the employees to client location as its an engineering service company. Company don't take care of employees at client location. Company don't do any investment on employees skills enhancement, whatever an employee learn is what he do at client location. Joining designtech is easy but leaving it is difficult as it has 3 months notice period and 3 years bond. Company is good only for freshers and not for experience candidates as you will be working in same domain after your experience is no guarantee. Company provides accommodation at client location is an good thing.

Salary is not satisfactory. Notice Period of 3 months which will affect your new upcoming offers of job as many companies are not ready to wait for 3 months and company doesn't provide buyout option also. 3 years of bond is very long duration, even after waiting for 3 years you will get nothing in return.

Work culture is worst. With 3 years of experience you don't even get 20k salary in net hand. You Have to serve 90days notice period .there is no buyout option so you will struck in here

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not as per market standard & career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.if you resign you've to pay 2lakh rupees.On the job training is not given to new joinees.Technical managers will interference in hr related issues.
