Salary is always late and you can't argue for that Big politics by some people and you can easily be trapped if you don't know your worth. Call everyone sir/mam and get no respect in change (Seniors there don't know how to respect) HR is a fresher, knows nothing about their field, and just argues for invalid points.

Please do not join this company, they play dirty politics and treat their employees as trash. there is no job security they can throw you out whenever they want. pathetic crowd and no safety for female employees. Do not believe these good reviews as they all are fake, written by the marketing team just to get good ratings.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
