While interviewing, questions were asked about mechanical engineering but work was completely based on designing softwares but I worked mostly on content writing on technical topics and sometimes on AutoCAD. I was expected to work like a worker not as a trainee.

Dislikes

They took me as a trainee but expected me to work like a worker. Work load was very very heavy with very low salary. The teammates were not so good and there was complete lack of team work. There was no trainer and the teammates were ordered to assign me my daily work by the boss but I noticed that they were too much insecured with the new employees and relucted to share their knowledge which led me disappointed. The work culture was very bad which led me to leave the job.
