It's been two years for me at Designhill. I got a mixed experience. On the positive side, the company offers competitive compensation packages and benefits, and there are opportunities for career growth for hardworking people. I come out of the office right at the end hour 6:30. with No overtime pressure. So, I can give enough time to my family

Dislikes

But there are some areas that need improvements. There is a communication gap sometimes. Some departments have fewer people which puts a little stress on those who're already working hard. Overall, the company is good and I like working here

...mpany great as the management is very cool and HR is also active and supportive. Salary and other facilities are proper and there was no deduction in Covid time.

They don't have canteen.

... directors joke you know what I mean...Yes sir no sir you do you will survive.. Deduction in money promising full salary but when you join surprise surprise company ever changing policies.

Biased management. HR lies while hiring. Unreasonable salary deduction. Horrible HR policies. No leaves. Employee exploitation. Mental harassment. Dirty politics.

... Everywhere politics starts from employees here politics starts from management. Whatever the condition out there is, they will always deduct your salary for late coming. No leaves. No medical insurance. Nothing means nothing.
