It's been two years for me at Designhill. I got a mixed experience. On the positive side, the company offers competitive compensation packages and benefits, and there are opportunities for career growth for hardworking people. I come out of the office right at the end hour 6:30. with No overtime pressure. So, I can give enough time to my family

Dislikes

But there are some areas that need improvements. There is a communication gap sometimes. Some departments have fewer people which puts a little stress on those who're already working hard. Overall, the company is good and I like working here

Just completed 2 and a half years which felts like yesterday. Good to be in a company that encourages you on the professional front and appreciates your good work. Have so much find while working here. And I'm still confident to work on some new projects.

Worst HR policies. HR helps their favorites and don't even talk politely with others. They don't trust their employees- Have time tracking apps Only Favorites are allowed for work from home. Managers are useless.

the Management / Directors of Designhill are most supportive, and always encouraging, open to talks, and many thanks for always being flexible with timings anytime WFH support, exemptions. HR department is too very supportive and always very helpful, i really liked we celebrate every festival , and team activities, and also from medical insurance to a loyalty bonus, we get everything on time and i got advance salary , thank you for being most generous and thoughtful for the employee always....Read More

Work culture in development team is excellent and if one wants to learn and work on new technologies he can do so as the directors are very supportive for this. My work was to handle the product, designhill.com which is a brand name now. My routine was to handle the day to day development operations like the deployments, coordinate with QA team, gathering requirement and making plans for development.
