...espect to employee Harsh environment Robost timings : every day minimum 9pm. Salary packages & hikes will be low. 3 years of bond is compulsory-your btech degree certificate will be taken by company If you break the bond in between or fail to serve for 3 years, ur btech certificate will not be returned to you. You will have to come & collect after 3 years only. Moreover, notice period is 3 months and no salary will be given in these three months. You will get that money only after completion of 3 month notice.

Work pressure is very high,min working hrs are 10-12hrs. Even working for 10hrs min. We will not get any appreciation,only criticization is there. no encouragement. They will not provide transport even in the late nights for females.
