They Working culture,salary on time.

Lots and lots of politics with in team...upper management knows they are many wrong things happening but still management is unable to take any action on those empoyes. Dont know why management has not taken any action against them. b-coz of them who are working honestly to achieve they target are getting demotivated. People who are doing wrong things are enjoy with out any problem as they believe management is seating blindly they can do any things to gain financial benefits.

appraisal is not satisfactory no value for your education and skill give pay whatever they want if you re a family head can't run family with this salary every time you have to do credits

Everything. Worst culture and worst manager. Reviewing her teammates negatively for no reason. I lost my self confidence in life after meeting her. Sales and design department are doing not of internal politics and Favoritism. Leads are given to favorite people and they ask for commission internally for leads. WORST EVER.

The company is growing. Training is provided sometimes. Working environment is casual and fun.

... timings. No proper offs. Account nd HR departments are really poor in function. No proper salary structure. Over load of work at times without any prior notice.

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive so as management. Company policies were good, but regarding appraisal u hardly get those so as Incentives, senior Team lead managers lacks experience here.

Salary hike and Incentives policies were not good. Also management some times will load more pressure upon you without even In those critical times they won't back up you.
