Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? ...stable shift timings and No project assurance. Over time work with no benefits .A blind work culture even on national holidays beyond shift timings and with out any other salary or benifits. One who love to work can able to change his/her mindset after their 8000 per month salary routine without any incremental benefits even beyond 5 to 7 years of work experience. Work culture is poor.
