To be very honest I like the simplicity of the founders. The vision they are carrying is really awesome. I am very happy that I was a part of it. In the beginning I was so much excited by coming across an outstanding Skill programme. I was really Happy to work under my first manager Aftab. It was going well in the ground but suddenly everything changed.

Dislikes

With all disappointments I am telling this, SkillPlus programme has been taken for granted. I do not feel that it’s in the safer hands. It will not last for longer. Manager has no vision, need to stick on to one decision. As a passionate trainer I wanted to work at least 5 yrs but without the notice period because of some grudges I was removed. Interested part is that whom I have hired as trainer they are still in the foundation but cluster head is been removed. Thanks to all the lessons

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
