There is a lot of poltics and the manegement didn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond of 2 year before you can't resign.on the job b training is no t given to new joines.

This company only take 95% Pakistanis and also this company does not provide proper accommodation and food workers. But this company providing average accommodation and food to supervisors and engineers . Personally I don't like this company. Because they does not provide same accommodation and food to all workers .

I have never had a bad experience working with descon I have been attending shutdown for descon for the past coming 3 years

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
