...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Great place for learning and skill development and start of career.

Dislikes

Career growth is good, good team members friendly environment,salary is not as per market and cannot expect from any increment from appraisal, can learn also politics. Work life balance is 50-50.

Very nice company, nice facilities, farewell, Salary on Time, free Transport, Air Ticket, etc.

Dislikes

Management in particular projects were violators of Rules. As per Labour Law, Duty Hours should 8 hrs in a Day, But Company was compelling to do 10 Hrs without OT.

...and family. 1. Training programmes are very competitive as edge of tomorrow. 2. Salary with perks are good. 3. Working environment is too good as everybody respect and obey Safety rules laws.

Yes everyone of us or Company like Descon have good and bad things. But i take them as challenge they're the one who makes us enough strong.

But all the top level management staff are from Pakistan. They don't know how to behave their staffs and control. Will not receive the all benefit what company was allocated to us
